Im Nykol Regine, and this is my story....
In May 2009, I was permanently laid off my job working as an Administrative Assistant Secretary for 10 years. Between my vigorous job search, I took up a hobby of jewelry making just to past the time and to keep my sanity. My nest egg of savings were quickly dwindling away. My hobby became my livelihood, and I began to market and sell my jewelry. Things & Fashion, a lovely boutique off of Park Ave in Winter Park, FL enjoyed my unique Abalone Shell Collection, and they are now graciously displayed in their store.
During the course of events, I had a scare with Breast Cancer. Benign Fibroid Tumor (yes non-cancerous...thank GOD), and the tumor removal surgery was a success. However my journey and new found love for beets began when I was
diagnosed with Iron Deficiency Anemia. While battling my deficiency, and
undergoing two iron infusions, I discovered that RED BEETS are very high in Iron and Folic Acid (Folate). However, I never acquired a taste for beets, nor did I really have a desire to! I honestly thought they were absolutely disgusting (haha). But my new discovery of BEET HEALTH sparked my interest, and ignited a passion that inspired me to make beets more delicious, and nutritious! Since then, I’ve created an entire new line of delicious beet based
products.
So throw away your child-hood taste preconceptions of beets, and join me in my venture for a healthier now and a healthier new generation.

Then I was later diagnosed with Iron Deficiency Anemia. After undergoing two Iron Infusions I was reluctantly reintroduced to beets by my mother...Hence, began my beet journey. As some of you may know, beets are high in Iron and Folate/Folic Acid. However, to be completely honest....I NEVER LIKED PICKLED RED BEETS and they were on my "worse veggie, do not eat or smell list". That list included, brussel sprouts and okra. Well, during my research I discovered red beets were not only high in Iron and Folic Acid, but they also carried a multifold of other beneficial nutrients. So within my excitement, I began looking at tons of recipes. My goal was to create the most delicious and nutritious beet based product that I could enjoy, and that everyone would enjoy. Ironically, I am now, needless to say...a fanatic beet lover!
The Beet Relish was my first creation. Since then, I have created a myriad of other nutritional beet based products. This crazy beet journey has resulted in the creation of a decadent ROYAL BEET CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE. Oh my, Oh my "insane" right?!!! An absolutely delicious taste, you can not conceive, nor believe!
My chocolate truffles are Delicious, Nutritious and filled with an abundance of warmth, love, and passion that I hope you can feel in each and every bite, because Ive created them...just for you.
This has been such a joyous journey and my goal is to continue creating more nutritious beet base products for you, and your family to enjoy.
